RATES
All rates include VAT
All rates include breakfast
All rates exclude laundry, drinks, Internet & telephone usage.

DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your reservation

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of your reservation being cancelled partially or in full 30 days or less prior to the booked arrival date, Amanzi Island Lodge will retain 50% of the total booking value of the portion cancelled.

Cancelled bookings that have a value of R10,000 or more will be subjected to a non-refundable cancellation fee of 25% of the booking value, regardless of the date of cancellation.

AMANZI’S CANCELLATION PROMISE
Should we be able to recoup the remaining portion of the “income lost” due to the cancelled booking we will refund the guest accordingly.

CHILDREN POLICY
Amanzi Island Lodge welcomes well-behaved children over the age of 6 years old.

Please take note that we have a swimming pool on the property that is unfenced. The safety of children is the responsibility of their parents or guardians and we ask that parents watch their children at all times.
